Mistie Bogard is a seasoned real estate professional known for her clarity, strategic
guidance, and commitment to helping clients make confident decisions. Her passion for
real estate began early and evolved into a career grounded in design, organization, and a
deep understanding of how people live in their spaces.
Before real estate, Mistie built a strong foundation in public service, progressing from
accounting and o?ice management into procurement, records management, community
planning and legislative development. In 2011, she and her husband founded one of
Western Canada’s first online accounting firms, where they specialized in educating and
empowering small businesses, an approach she now brings to every buyer and seller she
supports.
In her real estate practice, Mistie blends business acumen, policy knowledge, and a
client-first philosophy. She is dedicated to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and
confident throughout the buying or selling process, creating an experience that is clear,
stress-free, and even enjoyable.
Outside of work, she enjoys life on Vancouver Island with her husband Keith, embracing
design, woodworking, whole-food cooking, biking, kayaking, and the coastal lifestyle that
inspires her daily.
