Will Nikl is a long time Victoria resident and multiple MLS Award winning REALTOR®. Will Nikl moved to Victoria from Greater Vancouver in 2003 after graduating from BCIT's Marketing Management & Commercial Real Estate program. Will was drawn by the beauty of Victoria, and the easy going nature of it's residents. Continuing his studies in Victoria, he attended Camosun College and later earned a degree at The University of Victoria.

Will Nikl's philosophy is to serve as an advisor. Understanding the market and getting to know needs of his client, he works alongside them, helping as they reach their home and property goals. Will listens to his clients needs, then takes ample time to advise based on their best interest, in consideration of both their short and long term wellbeing.
