John Xu

John Xu was born in Nanjing, China. He has been a long-time resident of Victoria, BC. He enjoys travelling Southeast Asia and trail running. He is fluent in Mandarin and English. John received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria. He has lived and worked in both Victoria and Shanghai. After working in the healthcare and technology industry he discovered his passion for real estate. John has deep ties to the Victoria Chinese community and has established a large network of associates and friends from China who have all contributed to his success in Victoria’s real estate industry.
