As a Real Estate Professional, Corie Meyer combines her life-long interest in houses with her dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Growing up, Corie would sometimes go to work with her father, who was a house builder, and consequently she picked up some of the nuts and bolts of how a home is built properly. Now, as a REALTOR®, Corie draws on that knowledge to help both buyers and sellers see the potential in a home and to ensure they receive a thorough house inspection. She also provides advice to sellers on what ‘smart upgrades’ they might want to do in order to make the home more desirable to buyers – noting, these often aren’t expensive renovations.
Her greatest joy is when a sale comes together and her client receives the best price and is happy with either their sale or purchase of a new home. Through celebrating these significant life milestones with clients, who range from first-time home buyers to down-sizing retirees, she often forms new friendships and typically finds herself receiving referrals to clients’ friends and family.
“A lot of people have a family doctor, well, I’ve become the family REALTOR® in many cases,” Corie says, noting she has been selling real estate in the Southern Vancouver Island region for more than a decade.
Having lived in Victoria for more than 26 years, and raised her family there, she is familiar with every corner of the city and nearby municipalities. She also has a fantastic, supportive team at Coldwell Banker Oceanside who she can rely on for assistance so that clients’ needs are always put first.
