Hi there, I’m Natasha – a down-to-earth, dependable real estate agent who truly loves

connecting with people. Helping others comes naturally to me, and I thrive on meeting my

clients where they’re at and supporting them as they move forward on their journey. As

someone who loves puzzles, I enjoy putting my creative problem-solving skills to work with

every real estate transaction, embracing the unique challenges and complexities that each

situation brings with humour and grace.

Having personally bought and sold numerous properties across three different provinces, I know

firsthand how stressful moving can be. That’s why my goal is to make the process as smooth

and straightforward as possible for you. I combine professional expertise with patience and lived

experience to guide you through every step with confidence.

Victoria has been my home for over 30 years, and I’ve lived or worked in every corner of

Greater Victoria. I know this city inside and out – whether you need insights on neighbourhoods,

local amenities, bike trails, school districts, or how many backyard chickens you can have in

each municipality, I have you covered.

Before transitioning into real estate, I earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of

Victoria and built an 18-year career in Indigenous relations. During that time, I was involved in

treaty negotiations and worked as a consultant, where I negotiated numerous agreements on

behalf of my clients. This experience has equipped me with strong negotiating skills that I now

bring to my real estate business. My work with Indigenous communities instilled in me a deep

respect for community, communication, and trust – values that continue to guide every

relationship I build.

I currently reside in the beautiful neighbourhood of Strawberry Vale where I spend my time

corralling kids, cats, dogs, chickens, a husband, and an ever-expanding vegetable garden. If

Prior to real estate, I spent over 15 years working in Indigenous treaty negotiations and engagement. I have a Bachelor of Science, with distinction, from the University of Victoria.
