Brittany was born and raised in Victoria, BC, growing up in the vibrant Westshore community. She began her career in real estate at a boutique brokerage in Sidney, where she gained valuable experience in conveyancing and developed a strong foundation in the backend processes of the industry. She later transitioned into a more client-facing role, working as an assistant to a respected local Realtor on the Saanich Peninsula. Through these roles, Brittany has built extensive knowledge of the industry from the ground up, steadily advancing her career while honing her skills in both operations and client service.
